Susan Castle is the founder of Pentacle Marketing & Concepts, with a career spanning FMCG, retail, manufacturing, coffee and hospitality. Formerly Director of Marketing, Strategy & Development (CMO) at Bean Alliance Group and National Buyer at Myer, Susan brings end-to-end capability from product to brand to market architecture and portfolio strategy through to retail execution and customer experience.

A Certified Practising Marketer and AMI Finalist for CMO of the Year, Susan also holds a Graduate Certificate in Family Violence Prevention and brings a leadership philosophy grounded in values, commercial discipline and genuine human impact.

Pentacle Marketing & Concepts was founded in 1999. In 2014, Susan joined her longest-standing client, Bean Alliance Group, as the Director of Marketing – a chapter that spanned eleven years of executive leadership before the role concluded in 2025.
